How Our Wine Club Works
By joining the Wise Villa Wine Club, you agree to purchase 2, 4, or 6 bottles of wine every 3 months at a discounted rate (discounts vary by membership level). This recurring purchase is known as your Quarterly Release.
Pick-Up & Shipping Policy
- Members selecting pick-up must collect their wines within 30 days of the release date during normal business hours.
- After 30 days, wines will be reshelved.
- Please note: After 30 days, we reserve the right to substitute a different vintage or comparable wine, depending on availability.
- Members who choose shipping will be charged a shipping fee each quarter, based on membership level and destination.
Billing & Charges
- Your signature on the enrollment form authorizes Wise Villa Winery to securely store your credit card and automatically charge it for each quarterly release, applicable tax, & shipping fees.
- A release email will be sent approximately two weeks prior to billing. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us to ensure your information is up to date.
- Please note: All Wine Club releases are non refundable once processed.
Releases
- Wine Club releases are processed on the first Wednesday of your release month. You may choose to pick up your wines at our bistro or have them shipped to the address on file (shipping fees apply and may vary).
- Each release is fully customizable during the two-week window prior to the release date.
- Each release must meet a minimum purchase amount in order to use the customization option.
- Members may customize their wines online, by phone, text, email, or in person.
- Changes made after the release date will incur a $5 card transaction fee.
Membership Agreements
- Members are agreeing to a 3-release minimum before withdrawing or paying the early cancellation fee, based on your membership level.
- Members must keep their Wine Club profile up to date, including:
- Credit card on file
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Credit card updates can be made through your Wine Club account at wisevillawinery.com, by calling (916) 543-0323, or by visiting us in person.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require a 2-step process, completed via email:
- Email your cancellation request to wineclub@wisevillawinery.com.
- The cancellation is complete only once you receive a confirmation email stating your account has been closed.
- A 3-release minimum is required before cancellation. Early cancellations are subject to a fee based on membership level:
- 2-bottle: $100
- 4-bottle: $150
- 6-bottle: $200
- Cancellations must be at least 10 days prior to a club release.
- If you cancel after a release is charged, you are still responsible for picking up your wine or paying for shipping.
