By enrolling in the Wise Villa Winery Wine Club you are agreeing to purchase 6,4, or 2 bottles of wine every 3 months at a discount off normal retail prices (discounts vary based on membership). This purchase constitutes the "Quarterly Release".
Your signature on the enrollment form authorizes Wise Villa Winery to: automatically charge your credit card for the quarterly releases, and store it on file for the wine club profile.
Shipping designated Wine Club members will be subject to a shipping fee each quarter, amount may vary by membership. Shipments returned will incur a $20 reshipment fee.
You are agreeing to pick up the wine club release during normal business hours on or within 30 days after the charged release date. After 30 days, your wine club shipment will be shipped to the address on file. Shipping rates vary by bottle quantity and location. Please note: after 30 days Wise reserves the right to substitute a different vintage of wine or another wine.
You are agreeing to keep your wine club profile up to date with the following information: Credit Card, Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing/ Billing address, and Physical/ Shipping Address.
Members cancelling their wine club membership after the date a release is charged are expected to pick up their wine release. Wines are able to be shipped at individual's expense.
Wine club members agree to a minimum purchase of three consecutive quarterly purchases. Early Withdrawal Penalty: You are agreeing to a 3-release minimum before withdrawing your membership or pay the $50 early cancellation fee.

All cancellation requests must be made via email to email@example.com. Cancellation is effective on the date of contact, not retroactively. Members that cancel their account after a charged release are expected to pick up their release within 30 days. After 30 days the wines will be reshelved and a gift certificate will be issued for the amount paid and can be picked up at the leisure of the guest, from the Tasting Room*.
Wise Villa will send out the release email approximately two weeks prior to the card on file being charged. If you do not receive the email please check your spam folder, then contact us to ensure our information is correct.
