Consent* Wine Club Member's Agreement:
By enrolling in the Wise Villa Winery Wine Club you are agreeing to purchase 2, 4, or 6 bottles of wine every 3 months at a 15% discount off normal retail prices (25% for 6 bottles). This purchase constitutes the "Quarterly Release".
MEMBER’S CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED
Delivery Wine Club members will be subject to a shipping fee each quarter, amount may vary by state
Wine Club members agree that if at any time they do not pick up their wine within 4 months of the release they may be charged for shipping the wine to the member’s address on file
Wine Club members agree to a minimum purchase of two consecutive quarterly releases.
Wine Club members agree to keep their account information up to date including their email address, phone number & payment or credit card information (Wine Club membership will be suspended if information is not current)
Members cancelling their wine club membership after the date a release is charged are expected to pick up their wine release.
Credit cards cannot be updated online, please call us 916-543-0323 or stop in.
Any CANCELLATION must be made via email (WineClub@wisevillawinery.com) at least 10 days prior to the club release date to avoid the $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation is effective on date of contact, not retroactively.
Cancellations are processed weekly and effective date of receipt. You will receive confirmation by email when your membership is closed and you may reopen it at any time.
You will receive notification approximately one week prior to charging the quarterly release and you may pick up your release during normal business hours after the date of charge. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us to ensure we have correct information. MEMBER'S CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED.

WINE CLUB SHIPMENT/PICKUP SCHEDULE & BILLING INFORMATION
Quarterly Releases are currently February, May, August & November (subject to change by WVW).
Wine will be conveniently billed to your credit card.
Wines can be picked up at the winery the Wednesday after they are charged or we can ship your release to the address you specify.
PICK UP customers will have 90 day from the release date to pick up their wine. After that, we reserve the right to ship at your expense. We will of course try to call you and send an email reminder.
Please note: after 90 days we reserve the right to substitute a different vintage of wine or another wine.
We will make every effort to insure wine club release wines are available for the entire quarter of the release. However, due to space limitations, we cannot hold inventory or guarantee availability of any particular wine once the next quarterly release is issued.
