Flight #1: White & Red
Our white and red flight is a little bit of everything for the adventurous palate.
Torrontes is an Argentina favorite white wine, but is a rarity in California—in fact, we are one of the very few wineries in Lincoln California making wines from this aromatic white grape. You’ll find citrus and tropical fruit, peach blossom, with a refreshing grapefruit finish in this wine.
This blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir is a beautiful Rosé reminiscent of…a bouquet of roses! Aromatic and refreshing, this wine will prepare you for the reds to come.
2019 Zinfandel
Juicy and crisp with notes of wild blackberries and freshly ground black pepper, this is a must-try for lovers of Californian wine.
Merlot is a beloved grape for its ability to bring fresh fruit character, and savory notes as it ages in oak. Ours is ripe with notes of wild blackberry, plum, black cherry, smoked cedar, leather, and herbs.
2018 Tannat
Commonly known as one of the most tannic grapes in the world, it wasn’t until recently that winemakers learned how to soften this grape, experiencing the rich fruit it has to offer. The 2018 Tannat has depth, elegance, dark fruit, leather, cedar, and spice.

2018 Barbera
Soft and fruity with aromas of cherry, pomegranate, spiced plum, and pepper, this wine is made to shine with food.
