• Introduction to Blending: Starts with a brief lesson from the owner, Dr. Grover Lee on the basics of wine blending, learn about different grape varietals and how they combine to create the perfect bottle.
• Hands-On Experience: Taste a selection of single-varietal wines, then blend percentages to create your own signature blend. Experiment with proportions and find your ideal flavor profile.
• Labeling: Once you’ve mastered your blend, our Wise Villa Staff will bottle your creation and use your personalized label to take home that very evening!
