2020 Hard Apple Cider - Glass $8
Our new stainless steel fermented cider is made from freshly pressed apple juice sourced locally from Barsotti's in Apple Hill. Our winemakers hand-craft our hard cider with the quality standards and style of our award-winning white wines. This cider was fermented in stainless steel at low temperature using aromatic white wine yeast to preserve and promote the natural apple flavors. The result is a crisp, bright, and juicy cider that will be sure to satisfy cider fanatics.
