Wine Educator/Server
The traditional restaurant equivalent of this role is called “server,” but at Wise Villa our food is all about pairing with our estate wine.
Continuous training and education are key components of this job.
Positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and a love for working with people are absolute musts.
Experience in a food & beverage or related hospitality setting (restaurant, bar, winery, etc) is also required for this position. Tips are excellent.
Host / Hostess
The hostess is potentially the most important role at Wise Villa since that person is the first to greet guests and is responsible for setting the tone around the entire customer experience.
Duties include coordinating tables and seating in the Bistro and Patio areas.
Applicants must be people-oriented and be able to make all customers feel welcome.
Busser
A busser is an important part of a busy restaurant. They help maintain restaurant operations by setting and clearing tables and maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room/Outside seating area. In addition, many bussers provide support to wait staff and servers by acting as runners during meal services. Bussers also contribute to customer service by filling water glasses at the table, supplying new utensils as requested, and answering customer questions. Must have a friendly demeanor, be able to stand for long periods of time, and be dedicated to working as a team, as well as willing and able to do miscellaneous jobs around the Bistro/Winery during slower periods. Working weekends is required. We look forward to seeing if you would be a great fit for our Wise Villa Winery team!ย ย
